The Luxury Boulevard team endeavours to provide an efficient shipping and duty clearance service. However The Luxury Boulevard Ltd cannot be held liable for any applicable duties payable in your respective country. 

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for applicable charges.

DUTIES & TAXES (NON UK SHIPMENTS)

The Luxury Boulevard team tries its best for its clients not to pay any duties, but there could be occasions when a client needs to make necessary duty payments. Due to Brexit from the 1st of January 2021 - Some shipments outside the UK will be subject to import duties & taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE WITHIN THE UK AND INTERNATIONAL?

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK. Please contact us before purchasing an item if you require delivery by a particular date, we can work on personalised delivery timelines. For orders that need to be sourced, we provide you with a specific lead time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for International deliveries.

All orders outside of the UK are subject to import duties/taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not set or collect duties/taxes, these are set by your local custom authorities and collected by the courier on behalf of your local custom authorities, once the shipment arrives in your country.
