DUTIES & TAXES (NON UK SHIPMENTS)

The Luxury Boulevard team tries its best for its clients not to pay any duties, but there could be occasions when a client needs to make necessary duty payments. Due to Brexit from the 1st of January 2021 – Some shipments outside the UK will be subject to import duties & taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. The courier will contact you to collect any duties & taxes when your order arrives in your country. Kindly refer to your local authorities for pricing. 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE WITHIN THE UK AND INTERNATIONAL?

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery during peak times. For many items we offer an express next working day delivery service, please contact us before purchasing if you require delivery by a particular date. For orders that need to be sourced, we provide you with a specific lead time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for International deliveries.

All orders within the UK by Royal Mail.

All International orders are carried out by our delivery partner FEDEX and TCS.

United Kingdom – £12 (FREE Over £1000)

Australia – £100 

INDIA – £100

Rest of the world – £50

ARE THERE ANY IMPORT FEES /  TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

All orders outside of the UK are subject to import duties/taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not set or collect duties/taxes, these are set by your local custom authorities and collected by the courier on behalf of your local custom authorities, once the shipment arrives in your country. If you are unsure of rates, kindly refer to your local custom authorities as these differ from country to country. CAN I CHOOSE WHAT DAY I GET MY DELIVERY?

UK based customers can select which day you’d like your delivery and we’ll dispatch your order accordingly, please let your personal shopper know in advance. Kindly add the desired weekday you’d like your order delivered in the notes when making a purchase.
