Once a client confirms their order by paying 100% in one of our accounts. We confirm that we have received the payment.
Process
In most cases we purchase the item within 2-3 working days and send a confirmation to our client. The delivery timeline for this method is minimum 2 weeks.
On occasions of taking pre orders, the delivery timeline can be up to 3-4 weeks depending on the uncertainty of the global pandemic at the moment.
We are a personal shopping service, there can be chances of the item being sold out by the time we receive the payment from our client. In that case a full refund will be made to the client into their bank account.
